The Farms For City Children's Book Club

Life-changing weeks on working farms in Devon, Wales & Gloucestershire

The Farms For City Children Book Club is run by Pappeye, a new independent children's bookseller who has a lifetime's experience choosing books that children really enjoy.

Only the best books are recommended, though any children's book in print can be ordered, and all at a significant discount. A 25p donation towards FFCC's important work is made for every book you buy.

As you may know, FFCC was begun by Clare and Michael Morpurgo, who continue to be Trustees, so Pappeye has chosen a special nature list for the club, endorsed by Clare and Michael, and has added a group of Michael's books he has particularly enjoyed.

We want to make sure that as many children as possible can visit our farms. To this end we need to raise around £1,000,000 every year, just to subsidise the true cost of each child’s place. We must also raise money to maintain the three historic farm properties that we are so lucky to have.
